Our Community

The Paddocks community is located in Mount Airy, MD.

The purpose of this site is to provide information about our neighborhood and the workings of the association. We are proud of our neighborhood and our homes. It is the association's purpose to maintain and improve, so that we can continue to enjoy our neighborhood and protect the value of our investments.

Our Homeowners Association

The Paddocks Homeowners Association is self-managed by a volunteer group composed entirely of residential property owners. The association is presided over by a Board of Directors. Additionally, the Architectural Review Committee serves to evaluate all approval requests for architectural and landscaping projects.
